This is to information to all interested , Ghaziabad development authority and Builder Sare home that we had allotted a LIG flat A1509 in GDA Housing scheme -001 , Property code : 310 , under affordable scheme ( Project Cresent park ) by GDA in Year 2014 , project builder was Sare homes . Allotment letter is given one year later , from starting itself Sarehomes treating customer like they had got these flat a free , Not allowed to visit site no payment receiving details.
These flat had to be handovered 3 years before but till now there is no single communication about the GDA aide and from the builder about the Project construction detail or delay reasons.
Even now we don’t know that our hard earn money which looted by builder Sare home will be return as original or as flat . GDA officer had no concern about the builder activity
Even today also they are not responding for any communication or email or physical visit.
request to please use your power and force builder and awake GDA to provide our flats in this project
