I placed and order of combo of 8 pairs (8*8=16 pieces) of women’s innerwears but received a completely different package of low quality items which were only 3 pieces in total. When contacted for return, they sent a link for Google forms which required gpay pin no. and when asked further, they said that was their company rule. The order was placed from Kochi, Kerala. since the order was placed online, the exact location is not clear although the customer care executive spoke in Hindi and not Malayalam.
