SareeGo – Not responding to Refund email

My order (a saree) has been delivered on 9th August. Also I sent them an email regarding return. But the Sareego team is not responding at all. According to their policy, within 7 days of order, they process this return process. But team is not even responding to mails nor their contact numbers getting connected. How then process will go forward

* Go to page
* Write SareeGo in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from SareeGo.
