My ordered product and received product is completely different and extremely poor quality. Sarelet site is a fake website they are not delivering the product ordered and they dont respond to customers for any help or queries. I will return the product and please provide refund (Rs. 799)for the same. Order Id: 10580965
I have sent multiple mails to the email id that the company has provided [email protected] but there is no response from them. The mobile number also seems to be unavailable +91-9157654953 , which confirms them being company to scam customers. I had ordered the product(saree) on 29 August 2023 and it was delivered on 4th september 2023 from their online website . I want refund for this product. Please help me with this.
