Sarelet – Wrong product

I am writing to inform you that I recently placed an order for a saree (Order ID: 11281930), but unfortunately, the item delivered does not match the one I ordered.

Attached to this email, you will find a photo of the delivered item for your reference.

Upon bringing this discrepancy to the attention of the delivery personnel, I was informed that if a return is necessary, the pickup will be arranged for tomorrow.

Given the circumstances, I would like to request the following:
1. I kindly request you to dispatch the correct saree (as per my original order) at the earliest convenience. I believe this will help expedite the resolution process.

2. In the event that you are unable to provide the correct item, I request that the delivered item be collected and a refund be processed promptly.
