I, Rajesh Vara Chavan working in Private organisation in Kolhapur (Maharashtra). Scholar E Learning representative Mrs Rutuja & Mrs Harshada Chavan has contacted me regarding 10th std. educational software kit on 8th March 2019. At that time she told me about E learning kit & additional benefits about Scholarship which my daughter may get after order of educational kit. She told me that I shall pay only Rs 11000 for the software kit. As per her telling I decided to order Scholar E learning kit.
I have done my first payment on 11th March by Pay U Money link which is send on my WhatsApp number. After payment of Rs.11280 in two instalment my kit is not received. So I have contacted Mrs Rutuja & Mrs Harshada Chavan about my software kit. She told me some additional amount is required for some reason & I will get that money back with my software kit. Thus I have transferred amount by Pay U money link which she send on my WhatsApp no several times from March to June 2019.
I have also gave her references of my relatives & friends several times as per her requirement. I have transferred total amount of Rs.221405 /- to Scholar E Learning Software Technologies through Pay U money from 11th March to 6th June 2019. I have transfer money on her trust. She was telling only that I will get money soon but from sept 2019 she stop picking my phone, so I get some doubt in my mind about fraud that is happened with me. So I have written a text message to both of them & called company representative Mr Aakash Lad. I have warned Mrs Harshada Chavan & Mrs Rutuja to take legal action against her & company.
After one month she contacted me & told me that your contribution is now transferred to Sarvshiksha Solutions LLP & you will receive entire amount plus scholarship. After that Team of Mrs Harshada Chavan, Mrs Pranjal Deshmukh, Miss Namrata, Mr Jadhav asked me to pay the amount for the reason of processing fee, TDS, Pendency, agreement fee etc. & assured me every time that you will get scholarship of so & so amount. I am asking the team & try to visit personally to their office, but they give different reasons every time.
I have transferred amount of Rs 551655 /- in total 47 installments from 25th Nov 2019 to 19th April 21 through Ease buzz & Rozarpay to Sarvshiksha Solutions LLP by keeping faith on your team.
From last 3 months all contact numbers are off. So In April 2022 I emailed all details to Sarvshiskha Solutions LLP site & give warning to them that I shall take strict action against your company & lodge complaint in consumer court or Cyber cell.
After 2 days Mrs Harshada Madam has contacted me & assured me to release my payment with scholarship. But payment is not received on assured date. Since then she gave me dates after date to receive my payment. Last date she gave 1st August 2022. But now she & all other contact no are switched off.
I have all evidences & proof of money transfer & WhatsApp Chats with me. My financial condition is not sound so requesting you to help me to refund my entire amount of Rs 773060 /- at the earliest.
