Dear Sirs,

I, Mukund Suryakant Kuvar staying in Pune, ordered on 23 December 2017 for two items of Oxy99 cainsters through online on www.SastiMedicine.com. After duly filled out order form, I made the total payment of Rs.960/- which includes delivery charges for the same. The order was confirmed by the company by providing order number #7868. On 30th December 2017 the company replied to my online query on my email, that the despatch is delayed due to shortage of Oxy99. But thereafter my follow-ups the stop responding to my emails. On 5th January 2018, I sent an email to cancel my order. I requested to initiate my refund by sending the emails as well as through customer’s message box. Till date I haven’t heard any communication from SastiMedicine.com, this indicate that I have been cheated by SastiMedicine.
Sir, I request you to resolve this issue at earliest and give strong lesson to such a fake business sites.
