Greetings,

I would like to complaint about the bad experience with Saudi Airlines, me and 2 of my friends were traveling from Jeddah to Medinah (22/06/2017) at 18:20, we reached the airport at 16:00 and stay for 4 hours till takeoff (20:00) our plan was to pray Taraweeh and take reset before our other plane Etihad (05:00) no one from your end explains the reasons of the delay and even no one apologized.

I thought that Saudi Air is the best in Saudi Arabia but in future I will go for other Airlines.

I hope you take my complaint as bad planning from your end to enhance your service in the future.
