The apparel shop (Instagram)

I placed an order for a dress from a page on Instagram named the apparel shop. It does not keep upto it’s words..I ordered this product but received something completely different.I had placed an order on 23rd February and received the product on 4th April. And that too totally different from the picture shown on the page. I can also share the picture of it..n now m not getting a reply as well from the seller.. probably blocked me on WhatsApp..what should I do?
