Hi,

He is using this account to lure customers on pretext of given high end mobile phone and getting payment through paytm and then he use to block that users. The important part is he use to say the product will be coming from amazon.in using carding system. He use to send some old amazon tracking product detail too. Block his account for the sake of users.

Request paytm to accept money only if the person has submit KYC document.

Currently this is big scam going in INDIA through instagram.
