Hi,
This is Rakhi gupta, working as a teacher in a private organization from past 3 years. Last two years was ok. But for this year they started forcing us to follow some rule regarding the leave without giving prior notice. I opposed to follow the rule which is made in the middle of the year. So they fired me from the organization.
