I have purchased LED illuminated cover for iPhone 7+. I got the delivery but the different color. I have requested to change the color, now its over 20 days I have not got my cover. They took cover & money both.

I tried to contact several times via customer care no., emails & facebook messenger but didn’t get even a single reply.
