Prior booking vehicle is pick up morning 10am from my office, driver was saying you will received a call around 11am I wait till 1 pm still not received call so I call to customer care and asking the status they was saying vehicle just received and asking the problem of the vehicle what stupid it is.after 1PM they are checking the vehicle and evening told me today not possible to delivered your vehicle, servicing still is going on,it was surprise for me,
I staying at Talegaon and that day I was travel in bike. From day 1st there is not a single call received from any adviser for update. this is really surprise for me, every time I called and ask the update. This kind of service you provide to the customer? Even today they are not sure for delivery. I think after sales service please avoided Kundan Hyundai. Its my personal opinion.
