I had ordered a wrist watch named “Luxury Blue Stainless Steel Business Quartz Watch Waterproof Luminous Date Week Men’s Wrist Watch” on 12|02|2024 from the website SevenClock.in for 1500₹ Yesterday 14|02|2024 bluedart delivered me the product and it was a complete different cheap quality watch it was not what I ordered and there is no means to contact the website executives they have given an email id which does not response, the product they delivered is nearly 500₹ on amazon and they sammed me for 1500₹

I ordered a blue luminous watch outer case gold color. I received totally a different model white color cheap watch. I called customer care. They said the model ordered was not in stock so they sent another model. They should have asked me. They abruptly cut my phone. The officer speaking was also very rude and he cut my phone. I request you to please take this watch back and return my money.
