Men are supposed to wear jeans according to the dress code, but the GM of that particular company is pressuring employees to instead wear short pants, dhotis, or losse pants instead.
What senseless things is the Gm doing? He lacks mental clarity.
Many workers at the company are complaining, but they are being silenced by statements like, “We’ll fire you if you don’t wear.”
I have no idea what the situation is with this company’s management.
Employees are warned not to file any complaints whenever an official is conducting an audit because doing so could result in the closure of the business.
Just take appropriate action, and I’ll know what options I have for dealing with employee harassment.
