IFMS amount deduction without information

Some days back i made request to check my ifms amount status and came to know that rs.6741 has been deducted from it. I am regular payee of monthly maintenance since starting so i want to know why my amount is deducted without informing me.
I have sent mail on 06-07-19 to ‘[protected]@shanviestate.com’ about it but yet no reply so i request to revert all amount immediately.

2ndly right now services are worst in terms of all aspects even after paying rs2950 / month. What is your action plan to improve it?
