sir,
having adjusted my dues for supply of material made in 2008 against a tiny flat in TMC city at karjat. i had to wait for 4 long years before they regitered a flat in my name, the TMC city has since undergone change in management , it is now taken over by a company named sheltrex who are demanding extra money saying the cost has increased over the years. hence i requested them to pay me the same sum they were demanding from me as refund along with payment of vat registration charges stamp duty and other charge i had paid while registration from then on i have been blocked no communication fro their end not taking calls
please help me
