This is a complaint against the website Shirts & Nest. I ordered 4 Linen Shirts for ₹1199/- on Oct 9 2025 as a COD order. The delivery information was provided to me on 14th Oct 2025. It was from shadowfax. There was a proper process of delivery as we generally encounter with flipkart or Amazon. But I was scammed and given 2 damaged pants instead of 4 linen shirts. The money was collected by the delivery partner and the status for the delivery turned as delivered with amount of 1199/- shown as paid. So I could not ask for the money to be returned at that point. I need to opt for refund from the website to get my money back. There I got scammed again. The refund, exchange and refund status link does not work. The phone number and email given is not working. Truecaller helped me to get to know that this has been done to so many others as well. The address given is shown on maps as permanently closed. I asked the shadowfax delivery for help. But they can’t do anything as they need a return request from the website. When you try to file a complaint on shadowfax, they shows that the product was delivered through shadowfax as a third party from the main rashanbox. So there is nothing I can do. So for the sake of posting a complain I am listing this here. As I know I’m not gonna get any justice from cyber crime helpline or anyone from the government.
