The person which say that she is supposed to be my agent had made me recharged so much that at the end of the day, the prices of their product escalated so much that I can’t afford. Worst thing is that they freeze my account and I can’t withdraw my money back. This happened already for quite awhile and just newly knew about this complaint procedure. just before level 3, I had a hunch that my money will not be enough and I set a standard of 1200 php as my limit and told the agent. Unfortunately, the agent said that it is okay and that it will workout so I continue to level 3. Things happened and the product at level 3 us actually far from the things she approved under 1200 php limit that I had set so I was forced to borrow to make up with the money escalating to more than 4000 php, way to much than the expected budget when she encouraged me. I hope my money will be returned and forget about their promised commission.
