I have purchased SS Ken Mop Set from shop direct tv limited,

When I opened the box and examined the mop it seems to have some kind of minor rust on the handle & the lock mechanism of the handle is broken so i could not lock it and can’t use the mop.

I tried to call on customer service but phone number given to the official website isn’t working ( 0120-6756700 ). Then I tried E-mail them twice 24 hours apart, But all I got computer generated reply.
No one contacted me on email.

I only had 2 days of warranty which expires today . So now I want to make complaint about this fraud company & Please contact me on my email if you want proof of emails or need any further information. ([email protected])
