I ordered two nerf guns on 29th november 2023 but i had not received any updates or information regarding the status of my order. I called the number given in the website but no one is picking up and I also mailed to the given email id but there also no response. But I had paid the full amount for the product via net banking. I received an email stating that the amount is paid on the day of ordering but after that no response from shopelse.in. The money is debited but no response. I googled the name of the payee i paid the money but the response in google was that the payee name is fake one. In the website it generated a order id #101769. I even received a text message to my phone number on the day of ordering. It would be happy for me if I get the amount refunded or the product to the mentioned address.
