I am writing this because if anyone search fraudulence of Gadgetsnow, nothing can be visible in the google. First two pages of google search will be full of good things about Gadgetsnow. People should realize how fraud is this site.
Gadgetsnow is irresponsible and not listening customer issues after selling defective products. I bought a micromax mobile from this site, order# 6000027181 and found the ear piece is not working. I contacted the customer care and asked for a replace. They are not ready to replace the defective product sold. They are telling they will not accept back goods oncesold. They are telling this is the company policy. This way they are cheating thousands of people after quoting less
price. After a long argument the customer care executive contacted concerned manager and then asked me to submit a DOA from Micromax authorized service center. It is 100KM away from my place. Finally I traveled to the service center and asked the center manager to give DOA.
When the service center manager checked the bill, he noticed the bill date is 14 Jan 2017 and the mobile activation date
is 19th, the date I received the mobile from courier. I approached the service center after two days and it is 21st. So it
is already seven days over after billing date and hence he cannot produce a DOA based on Micromax policy. But service
center manager suggested me that since I received it on 19nth if Gadgetsnow produce a new invoice dated 19 Jan 2017, he can issue a DOA since it will not cross the 7 day. I conveyed this after calling to the customer care and even the service center manager conveyed this to Gadgetsnow executive over phone. After that, in front of the service center manager Gadgetsnow customer care executive agreed me he will send new invoice before 4 PM. I waited in the service center until end of the working day. But they cheated and didn’t send the new dated invoice to my mail even after calling them multiple times. Now I realized that I will not get DOA and Gadgetsnow was cheating me by not sending the invoice. They are telling me they cannot replace with a new handset without DOA , fooling customers
They are one of the fraud portal like previous fraud portal Timtara.com. Gadgetsnow is selling defective products to the customers and doing fraud .They are thinking nobody can question them. PLEASE DONT buy any item from http://shop.gadgetsnow.com. Please give me a resolution
