I have been contacted by a person from Shop On India. His name is Anil Kumar. He gave me 1 offer that I will get an Electronics Item (selected) of just Rs.9999/-
I have paid Rs.5000 part (as suggested by them) & they have sent me 5 free gifts products (Shoes, Bedsheet, Belt, PowerBank & Hair Dryer). But not sent any Electronics products.
Later they said pay balance 5000rs. they they will send an Electronic product.
I denied this payment as the products I have received is damaged (Power Bank & Hair Dryer) and informed the company then they asked for images. I have sent the same.
I told them to replace this products & provide a good products then I will make the balance payment.
But they denied & not making the refund of my money. I have continuously following up in last 20 days but they have not responded correctly.
Pls help to get my money back.
