I have ordered Redmi 3s prime mobile on 7 th May 2017 and done payment with net banking.Order I’d is #104084.
On 12 th May 2017,they informed us via message that your order has been cancelled ,and your refund with 5%cash back will be credited to your account with in 7 working days.
There 24*7 phone is not working.
I have emailed them,to refund me.
But till date ,I have neither received the mobile not receive the refund.
Kindly support us.
As this people not communicating with us.
