Myself Miss. Tejal Tirodkar on 24th September Ihad received a courrier sent through Xpressbees courtier company (Mr.Suraj Gupta -099871 02736 courier boy).
I thought that this order is mine as I had ordered same price product from Voonik and was expecting on same day and time so I thought it is my product and made payment of Rs.485/- to the courrier boy. But when I opened the parcel I came to know that it was not my parcel as I had never oredered that parcel. I am also not the registered member of Shopdeal and have never till date even seen the site.when I called on the contact details 8238818261 given on the billl it is a wrong number and also when I called the courrier company they said to contact balodies technology on this number 08431676767. When I call on this number it says all their executives are busy and have noted my number and will call me back which never happened.what should I do now.can anyone please suggest. The company name given on the invoice is Shopdeal and address is 29, Kailash Nagar, near dumbhal fire station, Parva, Patiya, Surat, Gujarat.
