I had ordered several kids toy cars and miniature models for my son on 29.09.2023. the order number is as follows :- [Order #106049] (29/10/2023).
When I called thier delivery service guys for knowing the status of the order, they sent me a whatsapp download .APK file in my mobile & asked me to register the complaint & ask for refund form there. Also for this they needed 2Rs service charge to process the request.
Downloading this .APK is not appropriate and not safe according to me, as the helpline co-ordinators are not well educated.
I am requesting a quick a refund, as I got better models at better prices than they are offering.
