I have passed the first vip1 in the shopftech and I have made the first withdrawal. Now I gone to the vip2 and all they want me to do is to continuously top up and I don’t have any penny still they will tell me after top up yo can make a withdrawal pls if they can take there money back and give me my own money I will appreciate pls
