Hello,

I have written an email to express my extreme level of dissatisfaction with the order that got delivered by Shophia store. Below are the order details and the payment details too. I have attached snaps herewith.

I had ordered “Wireless Bra + Panty Sets × 1” and “Cadel Pearl Bustier × 1” but I received a Saaree piece instead. I already have written an email to them on Dec 15th 2021 but no response I received from them yet.

I did not find any other point of contact of them so have no idea where to go. I have attached the pictures of the delivered product. I’m approaching this forum to help me.

I have been cheated by shophia online store because they did not deliver the right product and took all my money and now they are not replying back to my email.
My hard-earned money has some value to me.

Please someone help me escalate the issue. I will be highly obliged. Expecting an early reply.
