Dear Sir,

Sub: All my issue are mention in this mail so please see it and take a suitable action or resolve my problem

I got a call from the shopper hub company and they told me that because of my shopping from Paytm my number has been selected and gift has been offered to me, which I have to order from the company so I ordered the amount of Order is 3299/- and order & transit details are given below:

Then the phone comes from the company side and they say that both your order and gift have become confirmed but you will have to pay the gift GST Amount. I said that, I did not give any information about it by your side . So now please refund my paid amount, those people said that okey amount will be refund in one week , but they didn’t give any refund that’s why I am complained in Paytm helpline and my Paytm Care (Reference No.: 82864970) .

After all this, after talking to me about the company executive yesterday (20.09.2018), he said that to me that he talking with his senior person after that confirm me all of refund detail and further process. Then I got a call in Morning (21.09.2018) and they told me that their senior said that the gift has been done right away from the department, then I will have to pay the GST amount and I will be refunded the GST amount immediately in 120 seconds. Because it is only a company process. So I am also do this thing all transaction detail of GST Paid is given below :

After follow the company process I am also not getting any refund and company person now not give any response so I want to complain against company to fraud done by company with me. This very cheap merchant and I want that please refund my money and take a big action against this type of merchant because they do a big fraud with customer. If this type of merchant then customer not believe on any online purchase site. So please refund my money and take a big action against the merchant .
