I order for new 6 in 1 electric insect and pest control machine (buy 1 get 2 free) for tetnikk comapny.
On 17 june 2016 booked, got on delivery on 30 june, with wrong product id company tetnik as mentioned on receipt, but on machine is king suraksha and the box also mentioned different company name safe on plus.
Wrong product id delivered.
They inform to send email to [email protected]
With photo of wrong product.
Send photos of machine, box and receipt.
Inform to give correct product tetnikk company, as king surkasha we bought 2 machine for rs300 previously, but doesn’t work. we paid for product rs 1199 and delivery rs 199, total rs 1400 to courier.
Replace wrong product id, with correct rpduct product id, tetnikk comapny.
Afer 72 hrs fo sending email, they inform will call back, we tryed to contact customer care 033 30959697, when inform about the email, they disconneted the call or inform to wait for call,
