I recently bought a product from them, “Branded combo of 5 high quality LINEN SHIRTS” via DOTZOT courier services.
It’s worse product I’ve ever seen. I’ve mailed them everyday for the past two weeks, but unable to get any reply from them.
I really don’t know how they run their company with ZERO customer satisfaction.
I’m planning on to register a case against them at the Consumer Court.
I really don’t want to put someone’s business in a tingy situation, but I think I have no choice.
