I had ordered for 2 cargo pants for Rs.899/- but today i.e. 18th October recd 2 defective old torn jeans through amazon delivery and paid Rs.900/- for the same.
Want refund, want to know the procedure.

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is ankkit from Mumbai I hv purchased branded kalvin clien underwear from your site few weeks back it’s a pack of 5 n I hv delivered today but when I open the pack underwear is not there only two full size shirt I received which is very disappointing this is first time I hv received wrong order I need to raise a complain regarding this. Please help me out how to return your pack and return my money back that is rs 999 in my account itself or else I vl complain to police or your higher authority I vl go to any extent. Also I m sending you the pic of your outside pack n inside pack which i received today. Also your person has not taken opt from me he delieved the parcel n went away.
