Had ordered a sari but when packet was opened after delivery the colour was total mismatched and so is the material.The order number is r455481151-3 worth rs 649 of Shree rajlaxmi sarees.worst part is there is no link in the website by which i can return the product as i still have time to return it.
Please help me in returning the product so that i can reimburse my money.Voonik knows to sell inferior quality products but cannot provide after sales service as they are a big fraud.Website of Voonik should be seized.

We notice that you have returned the product and the refund was initiated on Aug 30th. We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:
Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
