Shreeja Solutions And Advisory
Due to my unemployment during COVID 19, I was in need of money and received a call from the executive of Shreeja Solutions and Advisory in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The executive who answered the phone is Ms. Naysha Jain.
The loan amount was Rs. 20 Lacs, as agreed upon with Ms. Naysha, and in accordance with the terms of the policy, I made payment against the Login Charges, Loan Insurance, and Amount Transfer Charges from Outside of India in phases.
As suggested, I also created a contract and sent it to Shreeja Solutions and Advisory.
I provided it below…
1. Copy of loan Agreement
2. ECS for my Bank Account
3. Cancelled Cheque
4. Bank Statement
5. Signature verification letter from my Bank
6. Total amount Transferred – Rs.74000
I provided Shreeja Solutions and Advisory with a lot of documentation, and eventually,
I told them to cancel my loan and process my refund after they requested a Solvency Certificate, which I was unable to provide.
The entire process took a year, but after numerous follow-ups, I finally received an image of the cheque for Rs. 42000 (the refund amount) dated June 20, 2022. However, to this day, neither the cheque nor my refund have arrived.
Currently, they don’t answer my calls…
Tell me what to do right now, please.
Lots of other documents are also available with us which I can provide if required. My overall experience is not good and feeling like I cheated and fell victim to fraud…
Received a call from Shreeja Executive Ms.Naysha Jain and was expecting a solution as she told me for the refund, as per our last discussion the refund was supposed to come by 25th July 2022 but till the time it’s not executed although she agreed for the refund by said date…
Just a request that you may proceed with the action based on the set rules & policy…
