Respected sir/madam,
With due respect, myself rajesh gangaram gharat, wish to inform you that i had booked flat at plot no.37, sector-47, dronagiri node, uran, navi mumbai-400707 (Maharashtra) through builder shri shantinath enterprises in the year 2012 and possession date was 31.12.2014 as per sale of agreement. At present builder is not traceable and building is under-construction and only 2 1/2 slabs completed and building is now incomplete.

· fir done from my side.

· proper presentation given to local uran police station and cidco ltd.

· approached district consumer forum for appropriate justice.

· received ex-parte decision by hon’ble court since building has not responded to any reply

· i registered online complaint no. Si10000333 in rera as non-registration builder but no positive reply nor advise is received.

I tried all level best to meet the builder through his broker, associates but he is still not responding and no builders representative met me since last 5 years.

All relevant details are enclosed herewith for kind perusal please. Nodal agency is cidco ltd.

I also received ex-parte decision from district consumer forum, thane vide case no. 187 of 2015 since builder is not responding at their registered address and not able to settle the dues/dispute. Sir, i am under deep pressure and after winning case i also not sure that i will get my money back.

Your kind intervention is solicited and suitable advise at your end is requested what next step should i do in order to get my money back.
