I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ms. Shweta Katavakar, who has engaged in a pattern of unethical and coercive behavior that has resulted in severe personal and financial distress to me.
Summary of Allegations:
1. Financial Coercion:
Ms. Katavakar compelled me, under undue pressure, to pay a sum of ₹4.5 lakhs. This amount was extracted through misleading claims and high-pressure tactics. The nature of the engagement was neither transparent nor mutually agreed upon in writing, and I now believe the transaction was conducted under deceptive pretenses.
2. Harassment Through Digital Communication:
Following the financial transaction, Ms. Katavakar began sending persistent and unwanted emails and text messages, including those that were threatening, emotionally manipulative, and disruptive to my peace of mind. These messages caused significant stress and wasted my time and energy.
3. Emotional and Psychological Distress:
Her continued contact and behavior have caused mental harassment, leading to both professional setbacks and personal anxiety. Despite repeated requests to cease communication, she has continued to intrude upon my time and personal boundaries.
Request for Action:
I respectfully request that the appropriate authorities investigate this matter thoroughly. I am prepared to provide:
• Screenshots and records of conversations (emails, WhatsApp messages, etc.)
• Transactional proof of the ₹4.5 lakh payment
• A timeline of events and supporting documents
If this complaint is being submitted to a company or platform she was operating under, I also request internal disciplinary review and, if warranted, a permanent ban or legal escalation.
