I had booked for 3lehengas from www.siyaramfabrics.com for rs. 2074/- including delivery charges. When I received product found that they have send wrong product. When contacted them through mail they gave me a phone no and asked to WhatsApp them.when sent message through WhatsApp they said it’s their fault and would give a refund at their expense. But there was no response from them for long so wen msgd again and again they act negligently saying we have many customers can’t just keep replying you and all. I do work and can’t sit at home waiting for their person to come and pickup wen they wish to. I already have stayed at home for almost a week waiting and lost a week salary but wen I say them about all of these they neither respond.kindly help me with this and also with my refund.
