I have ordered combo offer of 3 legends choli worth Rs 2000 fromut this website opting for cash on delivery. But when the product came it was some low quality 2 suit piece.. Altogether a different product that I have ordered. I paid cod 2075 rupees. When I tried to call these siyaramfabrics people they didn’t pickup. After calling for 2-3 days I had a talk with some lady. She said it was by mistake that parcel is being exchanged with Amazon company. She said she will refund my money. But when I gave my account no details, they said that you have to pay 75 rupees shipping charges from both the sides it’s company policy. I clearly told them it is there mistake why should I pay for shipping charges. All this conversation with siyaram is going through what’s app no. They have still not done anything and there lot to people who have been cheated by this fraud company. Please help us in getting our money back from them.
