I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my experience with the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence course offered by Skill Sequel Unit of OneTruWeb Software Solutions . I enrolled in the course with the expectation of receiving quality education and guidance, as promised by institute’s marketing materials and communications.
Upon attending the classes, it became evident that the content being taught was not original institute itself. I discovered that the trainer was directly copying material from a YouTube channel, including examples, values for statistical problems, and explanations.
Furthermore, the sudden announcement institute’s webpage about discontinuing services and incurring losses of 2 crores .The claims made on the webpage, which seem to inconsistent.
I am deeply disappointed by the false promises made during the enrollment process. Assured students of quality education, hands-on experience, and practical skills in the field of data science and artificial intelligence. However, the reality of the course has been a far cry from these assurances.
I am requesting that::
A full refund of the registration fee I paid at the time of enrolling for the course.
Adequate compensation for the time, effort, and resources I invested in this course based on the institute’s promises.
