Sobha Royal Pavilion – My sales person(Mr. Jishnu) provided all wrong commitment and he was my CRM for last 2 years.
1. I opted for 2 car parking especially while booking and made a group deal of 3 units along with my friends. Sales person told me that both car parking will have separate entry & exit. I have written proof and confirmation from him by stating the above.
Now CRM is telling its Back to Back(which means 1 entry & exit) and my sales person(Jishnu) not responding my phone calls for last 3month) and CRM also not responding properly.
2. My sale person did a wrong calculation and request PRL with additional 3L. upon disbursement, I found that 3L being paid to Sobha and am paying EMI for a year unnecessarily and spoke to him and he has written an email stating that ” The extra payment 3L paid” would have 10% FPV benefits. Now CRM & account team is telling that there is no such policy and there is no much response. my sales person not at all picking my phone calls.
