The company provides its Sobha Privilege program as a perk when you book a property. As part of the privilege program, they promise to give you points when you refer someone. Those points can then be converted to Amazon or myntra (or others) vouchers.
However, once you submit a request to redeem the points, they don’t do anything. Their portal just shows that the request is submitted and they will send the voucher codes in “20 days”. Please see the attached screenshot, it’s more than 30 days now and I have not received any communication.
I have had numerous troubles in first getting those points and now need to go through other troubles to get my vouchers. They promise big things but deliver nothing.
