The sales representative Mr. Manish Mahesh Rajak took 3 lakh booking amount from us, agreeing on booking 3 bhk in Sobha Royal Pavilion at 1.Xx CR and agreed 100% refund of booking amount within a week, if Sobha team in unable to fulfil their promise.
They took our money, backed out of agreement value promised and now are not returning our booking amount. They cheat and lie the customers and will be unavailable during money return.
Sobha doesn’t share return policy and make up fraud rules of deduction on their own from customers.
