We bought Sony bravia LCD TV worth @Rs.65000. But the same got failed within a span of just 3years. This got failed without any reason. Just failed automatically. When contacted company, they clearly denied to accept complaint and offered a chargeable service support. This is really unacceptable that a branded and such a gigh value product failed automatically without any strong reason just within a span of three years only. The service charges quoted are almost as high as 30% of the new product value. How can we expense out such huge repair charges for such a high value branded product which failed just within 3 years.
