Respected sir,
we puchased sony LED 32W512D from bajaj electronics on 28-aug-2016. It delivered next day and it works absolutely fine but after 12 or 13 days while watching it turned off automatically so next day we complaint to sony customer care and told about the issue and they said that some HDMI update required technician will do that for you and they gave us reference no:34569195 after 10 or 12 days technician came and identified that some motherboard issue but we don’t want repaired TV so we wrote a letter to sony for replacement of TV set after one and half month we call service center and they said that only motherboard ll be replaced.

Please help me in replacement or refund because i waited for 45 days till now no update from anyone.
