Dear Team,

As I book 1 Sony 25000MaH Power Bank from your site 31/01/2017, my order no is: #BOO11120418101 and received the same by today morning.
The Power Bank is showing fully charged,when I tried to charge my Mobile Phone through the same but the Power Bank is not working as I can’t on this for chargeing.
Please replace this Power Bank as its not working at all n do any need full for the same.
