I’ve wanted a laptop sleeve for my 14″ inch laptop, So that i had visited many famous online websites like amazon, flipkart, meesho, like these and i came across to the less popular online website which is named as Sounce, in that website they’ve portrayed like they’re selling many computet accessories in online also i saw this company name in Amazon also that’s why i believed first it wasn’t a fake website, then i scrolled down to the 14″ inch laptop sleeve and i gave my phone number and gmail address for avail the offer on the website then i went for an add to cart section and the site fetched my address through the Razorpay website help, and I’ve paid the amount of ₹256 rupees through UPI transaction with Super money app, This happened Friday/25th July/7:03Pm I’ve sent the amount to the online store which called as Sounce, but i didn’t got any payment confirmation from the site and also i didn’t got the Order ID from the online store I’ve gave the site’s link to my Gemini AI and Gemini says that Sounce is fraudulent website which already have some complaints on it, And i also tried to reach out the customer support from the Site but they didn’t replied anything, I’ve sent Emails, I’ve complained through [email protected], and also tried to message in WhatsApp business account of them but didn’t worked anything, i don’t know how to deal with it, please take any action, i provided the payment I’ve sent to that company. please help me to get back of my amount or else i need a product at least, help me to get product/help me to get my refund as soon as possible please.
