On YouTube, I came across a souravkurtas advertisement offering a free dress with the purchase of two dresses.
I took it out and placed a 500 order for 3 dresses.
I paid using gPay.
then to follow up on the order.
I attempted to access the site, but it was unavailable.
I need my money back from Souravkurtas.

Order no 1881- payment done for 305/- on June 25th 2023 for a cotton suit through YouTube. But material not yet received till July 16th 2023, though they have promised delivery within 36 hours. So would like to get a refund
