I had placed an order online on website special-nuts-mart.myshopify.com for dry fruits on 12th Oct 2021 for Rs 399/-. The order reference # is 2100. It was mentioned that the order will be dispatched in 24 hours. I got the payment debit confirmation made through the website’s payment gateway. The payment was successful. But i did not receive any order delivery schedule. I sent mail also to them but no response. Now, i see that their website is not available. If they cannot deliver the product they should provide full refund. Why are they cheating customers.
