I had made an order to Special Nuts Mart for 1kg of dry cashews as it was advertised cheep. I have paid ₹ 399/- through RazorPay on 11th October 2021( order number 1733). I received a mail from Priya enterprise email ID is [email protected]. I tried to confirm the order but email does not exist. I think both the Special Nuts Mart and Priya Enterprise are fraudulent firms. Kindly look into the matter.

I booked order with priya enterprise, special nuts mart, order no 2171,on date 12.10.2021.Today I tried to contact to given e mail address seaexport. [email protected], but email could not be forwarded saying that the address not found. I want to lodge complaint against this fradulent firm. How can I lodge complaint and get my money back.
