I have ordered product of Rs1596 for Special nuts Mart on 09 th October 2021 bearing order no #1183 at 12:27 hrs.Payment is made online & showing address OTHPG729595, RAZ*Priya Enterprise,Surat with remarks that your order is confirmed & you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order numbershortly,30 days return policy.also provided with adress [email protected] now there have been no message of processing & shipping of the product and the only link provided after the purchase is not connected again.So I request to refund my paid amount to the account that has been debited from.I think that myshopify.com is not a genuine website Regarding special nuts mart after going through many compliments against it on internet I came to know that it is absolutely a fraud.
I request myshopify.com to look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible by delivering my order or refund the amount.
